On the morning of September 5, 2025, during the new school year opening ceremony, Mr. Bui Chau Kha, Chief Judge of the People’s Court of Region 15 – Dak Lak Province, visited and encouraged the teachers and students of Duc Binh Tay Primary and Secondary School (Duc Binh Commune).
At the ceremony, the Chief Judge awarded 20 gift packages to disadvantaged students, with a total value of VND 1 million. Mr. Bui Chau Kha personally contributed VND 500,000, with the remaining VND 500,000 contributed by the officials and staff of the People’s Court of Region 15. This meaningful activity at the start of the school year provides motivation for students to strive in their studies.
In a brief speech, a school representative expressed gratitude to the People’s Court of Region 15 and other agencies and units attending the ceremony. They noted that although the gifts were modest, they served as timely encouragement for students overcoming difficulties, while also promoting the spirit of support from Dak Lak’s agencies for the cause of local education.
Mr. Bui Chau Kha was appointed Chief Judge of the People’s Court of Region 15 – Dak Lak by the Chief Justice of the Supreme People’s Court, effective July 1, 2025. This new unit was established under the judicial reform roadmap, with its headquarters in Song Hinh Commune, and is tasked with enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of adjudication in the area following administrative reorganization. Before his new appointment, Mr. Kha served as Chief Judge of the Song Hinh District People’s Court.
According to local leaders, alongside its professional duties, the People’s Court of Region 15 (formerly the People's Courts of Song Hinh and Son Hoa districts) has regularly supported social welfare and educational encouragement programs at the grassroots level. This gift-giving event helps empower students as they enter the new academic year and strengthens the bond between school, family, and society in nurturing the young generation.
